THE GRAPE – 100% English grapes – premium blend – 68% Pinot Noir and 32% Chardonnay
APPEARANCE – A delicate salmon pink in colour, with a fine prolonged mousse
NOSE – Lemon sherbet on the nose
TASTE – Hints of English strawberry, wild summer berries and honeysuckle. Our rosé combines delicate red fruit flavours with a depth and complexity. Balanced by a full, creamy mouthfeel and a long finish. It is delicious.
HOW IS IT MADE – Made in the traditional method on-site and aged on its lees for approximately three years
