THE GRAPE – 100% English premium blend – 100% Pinot Noir

APPEARANCE – Light with fine bubbles and rich mousse

TASTE – Delicious Champagne like character with a ripe fruit flavours, zesty aroma and biscuit, toasty notes.

COMPLEMENTS – Perfectly balanced, this sparkling wine is best enjoyed with heavier meats such as mackerel or duck, or a mushroom dish.

HOW IS IT MADE – By getting the handpicked bunches into the winery from vine to press within the hour, fermenting slowly in stainless steel and resting on lees to mellow before racking, filtering and bottling. Made in the traditional method on-site and aged on its lees for approximately three years before disgorging.
